introduction to the appletini
The first time I met Mark was soon after Ben graduated college. Ben's family threw Ben a party and Mike and I attended. As now expected Mark and Rita threw a great party. It was there, that I was offically introduced to appletinis. I remember Mark standing behind the bar mixing them up all night. He was laughing and telling stories and just made me feel welcome. I think I put back a few thanks to him that night. As years passed I spent many more special celebrations at the Garvey household. From engagement parties, to superbowls, to weddings, Mark always made sure everyone had a great time.
