Packaging Hall of Fame
Being inducted to the Packaging Hall of Fame is by far the greatest honor that an individual in the packaging industry can receive.
I do not wish to predict whether or not this will be his year for such a great honor, but the fact is that there have been multiple nominations on behalf of Mark Garvey as a potential inductee this year.
Nothing would make be happier and prouder than to see Mark inducted into this legendary group of packaging individuals.
Long live Mark's contributions to the industry as an innovator and leader.

That would be wonderful! Good luck, Uncle Mark!
I'm with you It would make me so proud to see Mark inducted in the Hall of Fame.. He put heart and soul in our industry
The fact that Mark has been nominated pleases me very much. He loved the packaging industry and worked very hard to make it strong and innovative. The nomination alone would have thrilled him, knowing his peers thought so highly of him.
While Mark always tried to improve my pathetic golf game (there’s just some things that even Mark couldn’t do) he was and will always remain a true friend. Reta and he took my wife and I under their wings when we went to our first PMMI Spring Meeting. He made sure we got to meet everyone and really made us feel a part of the PMMI family. He instilled in me the importance of building a strong relationship with all new members and making sure they understood the meaning of being a part of the PMMI family. PMMI is a far better place because of Mark and Reta Garvey. The packaging industry has lost a true leader and good friend and I can think of no finer person to be nominated for this honor than Mark. I hope the members of the Packaging Hall of Fame can support his nomination. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to share my thoughts about this very good man.
